I just wanted to message you to say how impressed I was with the breathwork retreat. I had tried to do a little bit of breath work by myself at home but didn’t really experience much. I went into the first breathe with minimal expectations, thinking that nothing was really going to happen. It was one of the most powerful things I’ve experienced. The whole retreat was an incredibly powerful and nurturing journey, I’m so grateful that I got to be a part of it. It’s been a few weeks now and I just feel my whole nervous system is so much more relaxed. I feel so much more grounded. I’ve also become one of those annoying people telling everyone how amazing breath work is and they must try it. I can’t wait to do another session with you soon!
